TERMS AND CONDIDITONS BALI BIKE SCHOOL
Service Agreement
1. Registration and Administration
Participants must complete the registration form with accurate, complete, and valid information.
Registration and class fees must be paid in full before the training begins.
Proof of identification, such as a National ID Card (KTP) or passport, may be requested for administrative purposes.
2. Participant Requirements
The minimum age requirement is 14 years for the automatic scooter class and 16 years for the manual motorbike class.
Participants must be in good health and able to ride a two-wheeled bicycle (pedal bike) properly as a basic balance requirement.
Participants are prohibited from attending training if under the influence of alcohol, illegal drugs, or prohibited substances.
Participants who are pregnant are not permitted to participate in motorbike riding training sessions.
3. Bali Bike School Training Programs
Bali Bike School offers two types of training programs: automatic scooter and manual motorbike classes.
Class duration, schedules, and training curricula may be adjusted at any time based on each participant’s progress and the assessment of Bali Bike School instructors.
4. Driving License (SIM) Assistance
Driving license (SIM) assistance services comply with the official regulations of the Indonesian National Police.
The SIM registration process and required procedures follow the policies of the relevant government authorities.
5. Cancellations, Absences, and Refunds
Training schedule cancellations must be notified at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled training session will result in the session being forfeited.
Failure to attend a training session without prior notice will result in the session being automatically forfeited.
All fees paid are non-refundable, except under certain circumstances approved by Bali Bike School.
6. Safety and Responsibility
Participants must listen to and follow all instructions provided by the instructors to ensure safety during training.
The use of helmets and all required safety equipment is mandatory during training sessions.
Bali Bike School is not responsible for accidents occurring during training sessions. However, Bali Bike School prioritizes participant safety and will provide first aid and initial assistance in accordance with applicable safety procedures as a form of professional responsibility.
By participating in motorbike riding training, participants acknowledge and understand the risks and potential incidents that may occur during training sessions.
7. Equipment and Vehicles
Training motorcycles are provided by Bali Bike School, unless participants choose to use their own motorcycles.
Damage to Bali Bike School’s training vehicles will not be charged to participants, unless intentional damage is proven.
Bali Bike School’s training vehicles are covered by vehicle insurance.
Damage to participants’ personal vehicles is not the responsibility of Bali Bike School.
8. Schedule Changes by Bali Bike School
Bali Bike School reserves the right to modify training schedules due to bad weather, emergencies, or other conditions that may compromise safety.
Participants will be informed of any schedule changes via WhatsApp or phone call.
9. Copyright and Media
Photos and/or videos taken during training activities may be used by Bali Bike School for promotional and documentation purposes, unless the participant submits an objection.
10. Legal Compliance
All training activities and driving license (SIM) assistance services are conducted in accordance with traffic regulations and applicable laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
11. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes shall first be resolved through deliberation and mutual agreement.
If no agreement is reached, disputes shall be resolved in accordance with applicable laws and regulations in Indonesia.
